What do you say to a friend that is destroying themselves? (Themself?)

Seeing so many old and familiar faces and places, continually confronted with new and strange situations, I find myself at a loss for words.

What do you say? Especially when they are running themselves into the ground with good things?

Stop it. I love you. You're hurting yourself. I know you can't stop, but... just stop. Okay?
